Project Management: Total project management from conception to commissioning. All that is required of the project sponsor is the definition of the project objectives, expectation, goals etc. These can be passed to us and the rest can be entrusted unto us. The process, the equipment requirements, installation schedules, maintenance requirements, commissioning standards etc will be worked out and presented in a project plan. Required presentations will be made to project sponsors and all interested parties for endorsement and approvals. Consortiums can be formed to handle large projects in such a manner that complimentary services and expertise are available to achieve a successful planning and execution of projects. The company can also be contracted to provide professional project supervision services. The company is rigged up to handle projects in oil & gas exploration and production, manufacturing, food & drinks sectors.
Drilling Engineering: Provide wellsite supervision and office based coordination of drilling of oil and gas wells.
Conduct productivity surveys, accident and LTI investigation. Package and carry out new technology implementation.
Well Planning: Based on well objectives and proposal, the company designs the wells to purpose following a thorough well planning process. The deliverable is the well drilling programmes that are delivered to the operations team to execute. This service particularly apples to challenging well situations (HPHT, ERD, Deep Offshore, Relief wells, Sour locations etc) that require detailed casing design, the use of novel of computer applications, new technologies etc.
Drilling Waste Management: Provide a range of options for drilling waste disposal, ensuring the most environmentally responsible and cost effective solutions. Sample and analyze drilling waste for recommended disposal option. Prepare complete documentation and reports for client, regulatory bodies and other interested parties.
Industrial engineering & Supplies: Provide equipment, tools, spareparts to industries: be it oil and gas, Manufacturing or Food Processing. Specifications from clients are scrupulously analyzed, then company shops for and procure appropriate equipment worldwide. Funding and payment process will be on a project by project basis depending on the scope, value and delivery times of supplies, the payment could be fully local currency, some combination of local and foreign currency or full foreign currency.
